Grandma.
The angle of the body relative to the camera and light is an important part of posed
photos.
For Grandma's portrait, I turned her body away from the light so that the folds of the
light material would create shadows and depth. Compare the luscious texture on the front
of her jacket with her left side (to our right).
See how there is no detail in the part turned into the light.
And, I have turned her face towards the light. This creates the
catch-lights (the sparkle in her eyes).
